In this blog I am going to tell you about the ideal routine & Diet plan for the students who are preparing for their Boards/Competitive Examination.
First of all come to the ideal daily routine of Every Indian students that they can easily apply this in this Lockdwn.If this suits on you,it can be continued further.
So In the lockdown all students might get a very bad habit of sleeping late and thus this results in waking up late. Waking up late also results in feeling low energy level, lethargic and lack of motivation to start the day.It is also said that "The first habit of successful people of students is getting up early. ..."
So keeping this into our mind, We will wake at about 05:00 to 06:00 in the morning. And then after drink at least 1 glass of water adding lemon into it. This will give a quick boost to start the day. After this activity go to the bathroom and make yourself comfortable there for about 10 to 15 mins.
After this, the first thing you have to do is keep your phone aside and do some physical activities like, you can run in your room or you can do some exercises staying at home,or you can even walk on the terrace for about 10-15 mins. This is the ideal way to start the day.
Assuming by now, the time will be 06:00 in the morning. So will be starting the working day y now.
Nowadys online teaching/learning are in trends, so follow the trend and open your educational websites/channels and start learning new things keeping in mind of your syllabus. Start with the difficult subjects, and study for about 2 hours keeping this in mind that you are not going to move your ass atleast for 2 hours.

After the completion of that 2 hours, you can now take your first meal of the day i.e. your breakfast.You Can take oats, gram which is soaked overnight, or anything like partaha bhujia, Paratha Sabji/Chola, accroding to your preferences.After taking your breakfast you can walk for a while for 5 min and you can
